Mosaic is a one-week program situated in an outdoor residential setting. The program, designed for 10-12 year olds, will offer participants an opportunity to further develop their leadership skills, self-confidence and understanding of Islam within a collaborative, team environment. Emphasis will be placed on the built environment and communities.

Program Objectives:

• Provide an experience of balanced living within a Muslim context
• Develop the participants' sense of identity and understanding of their faith and cultural heritage
• Foster a sense of identity within each Participant and encourage creativity and expression
• Enhance self esteem, self reliance, self confidence, critical thinking and leadership skills
• Encourage personal growth and provide an opportunity for participants to set personal goals
• Strengthen participants' sense of comfort and belonging in the Canadian Ismaili Muslim community

The Mosaic program will be held in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and B.C.
